As I mentioned yesterday, Steve and I are hunkered down in the house surviving the second mid-Atlantic blizzard of the season. We’re both the types who don’t like to fight the storm. It’s more fun to see a snow day as a perk of winter rather than a nuisance.
We had a historic snowfall in the Philly area, the first time we had two snowfalls of more than twenty inches.
Steve spent the morning digging our cars out of the snow and shoveling our walkways. Napoleon even made it outside and loved the white stuff.
While Steve and the cats were outside, I enjoyed a leisurely morning ironing washed fabric and planning new projects.
In the afternoon, we made some delicious chocolate-peanut butter-oatmeal cookies. Yum!
