The Profile of My New Lunch Bag

I am further distracting myself by finishing this project I’ve had in the works for awhile. Here are Jay McCarroll’s tomatoes made into a lunch bag. I bought the pattern at Spool, and thought the project came together pretty fast.

However, when I attempt this project next time, I think I am going to use home dec fabric and not attach interfacing to quilt-weight fabric because I think the top of the bag is a little too heavy (that’s why I am not posting a pic of the front of the bag because it looks a little funky). Needless to say, I am really going to enjoy using this at work and I am sure this will get a lot of use.
